    How the System Works

    The Containment Room is designed around the Aqua Miser unit.As the operator cleans the part,waste and water will accumulate and flow into drains leading to a sump.Exhaust fans provide air movement to increase visibility and remove water vapor away from the operator. Vapor Proof Lighting in the ceiling and on the walls for increased visibility.Insulated panels are used to reduce noise levels outside the blasting operation.Heated Air make is available for operator comfort.

    Containment Room Features

    Hydro-Cyclonic Separator Removes solids from the contaminated water stream.
    Aqua-Klean Utilized centrifugal force to separate solids as small as 10 micron.
    Aqua-Filter Utilizes water curtain and baffles to remove airborne particles from the re-circulating air.
    Water Storage Tanks Storage location for the clean and dirty water in the system.
    Aqua-Treat Wastewater treatment system chemically removes and filters heavy metal and impurities from the water system. Water can then be re-circulated back to the HP water pump.
    Stand-Alone Filter System Filters the water to 2 micron.
    Aqua Miser E-75 High pressure water pump rated at 3.0 gallons per minute at 40,000 PSI.
