The E25V is where water-jetting meets the 21st century, combining the power of 15,000 psi with safety and innovation. Equipped with a variable speed pump drive, and through the use of a 8” color graphics touch screen, the operator can digitally set the desired pressure set point and watch the drive adjust pump rpm and pressure. The Aqua Miser family of equipment is unique in the industry with no bypass or un-loader valves to wear out. The pump starts and stops upon activation of our class 1, division1 electronic gun trigger. This technology saves money by not consuming water, electricity or wearing out the pump until the operator activates the trigger. All machine diagnostics can be accessed through the color touch screen making the troubleshooting of this system a snap! Cesco offers the patented BOSS abrasive injection module for results similar to sandblasting.The patented BOSS abrasive injection system is the only one of its kind.Pressurized abrasive stays dry until reaching the injection head after the nozzle.At this time the abrasive is evenly distributed into a fan pattern with blast angles from seven to fifteen degrees at pressures up to 15,000 psi.By using a fan nozzle instead of a cone shape we are able to achieve wider blast patterns.By using a pressure pot instead of siphon we are able to push the grit over a hundred feet.

The system is designed to minimize pump wear as well as power and water consumption.
