High Pressure Waterjet Blasting for Paint & Coatings RemovalAqua Miser Ultra Boss E150V by CESCOThe Aqua Miser model E150V is variable speed water only 150hp electric motor driven water blaster. It is designed to operate up to 40,000psi@6.3gpm. The E150V uses an extremely durable triplex plunger pump frame. The fluid section consists of (3) independent inline valve systems, internal cooling and individual head construction, for ease of service. The fluid section is made entirely of stainless steel with many exotic heat treats and other strengthening processes to increase longevity. The E150V is where water-jetting meets the 21st century by combining the power of 40,000 psi with safety and innovation. The E150V can be used in either a mono or dual gun mode. Dual mode achieved by the use of (2) tumble boxes. Each is sized to maintain the same pressure as the gun. The E150V comes standard with a variable speed motor drive controlled through the use of an 10” color graphics touch screen and transducers. The operator can digitally set the desired pressure set point and watch the drive adjust pump rpm and pressure. This helps maintain the high pressure while the nozzle may be wearing down. The drive will allow the motor to run as high as 110% of its rated speed to compensate. All machine functions are monitored and controlled by the operator via the touch screen. The Aqua Miser family of equipment is unique in the industry with no need of bypass or un-loader valves to wear out. The system starts and stops upon activation or deactivation of our class 1, division1 electronic triggers. The trigger connection to the E150V is done through an intrinsic barrier which does not allow the current draw of the operating system to cause any electric shock hazard to the operator or create a spark that may cause issues in some volatile areas. This technology saves money by conserving water use. With the unit not running around the clock and also being internally cooled saves 1000’s of gallons of water daily. It also conserves on electricity and on the wearing out of pump parts. The E150V does nothing until one of the operators activates a trigger. With a lower flow than most, of 6.3gpm single gun mode or 3.1gpm per gun in the dual mode, there is much less thrust from the gun working against the operator. This directly relates to less fatigue and chance of injury. All machine diagnostics are accessed through the color touch screen making the troubleshooting of this system a snap! Media Blasting: CESCO offers our patented BOSS abrasive injection module for blasting results similar to sandblasting.The patented BOSS abrasive injection system is the only one of its kind. Pressurized in a blast pot, the abrasive stays dry until it reaches the injection head just beyond the nozzle. At this point the abrasive is evenly distributed into a 7º or 15º fan pattern. The media particle is accelerated to the speed of the water, up to 1400ftps with blasting pressures up to 40,000 psi. This allows the media to do more work with less due to the increased impact on the object being blasted. By using a fan nozzle instead of a cone shape we are able to achieve wider blast patterns. Using a pressure pot system instead of a common siphon we are able to push the media in excess of 500 feet out or 200 feet straight up. Saving you money:
